ข้อกำหนดในการพาสัตว์เลี้ยงเดินทางกับ The Seahorse Ferry
- สัตว์เลี้ยงต้องแข็งแรง สุขภาพดี ไม่เจ็บป่วยและไม่ตั้งครรภ์
- สัตว์เลี้ยงต้องมี อายุมากกว่า 4 เดือนขึ้นไป จำนวนไม่เกิน 2 ตัว และน้ำหนักไม่เกิน 10 กก./ตัว (หากเป็นน้องสุนัขพันธุ์เล็กแต่น้ำหนักเกิน สามารถส่งภาพมาประเมิณก่อนได้)
- สัตว์เลี้ยงต้อง มีใบรับรองการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันพิษสุนัขบ้า
- ระหว่าง Check-in และเดินทางเข้าห้องพัก สัตว์เลี้ยง ต้องอยู่ในกระเป๋าหรือรถเข็นที่ปิดมิดชิดตลอดเวลากับเจ้าของ
- เตรียมข้าวของเครื่องใช้ส่วนตัวสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยงให้ครบ อาทิเช่น สายจูง เบาะนอน ถาดใส่อาหาร อาหาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเรื่องการขับถ่าย และรักษาความสะอาดให้เรียบร้อย
- ชำระเงินประกันค่าเสียหายที่ Reception จำนวน 3,500 บาท (เงินสด) หลังจาก Check-out หากไม่มีสิ่งใดเสียหาย ทางเรือจะคืนเงินให้ลูกค้าเต็มจำนวน
- พื้นที่สำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยงจำกัดอยู่ในห้องพักของตัวเอง “เท่านั้น” หากต้องการพาออกมาในโซนระเบียงส่วนตัวของห้องพัก ต้องใส่สายจูงและอยู่ในกระเป๋าหรือรถเข็นเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถพาออกมาเดินเล่นในส่วนพื้นที่ทั่วไปบนเรือได้ หากพบเห็นฝ่าฝืนกฎจะมีค่าปรับจำนวน 10,000 บาท
- เจ้าของสัตว์เลี้ยงต้องพึงระลึกเสมอว่าเรากำลังเดินทางอยู่กลางทะเลอ่าวไทย ควรปฏิบัติตามกฎของทางเรืออย่างเคร่งครัด และทางเรือจะไม่รับผิดชอบใด ๆ หากมีการสูญเสียรวมถึงมีเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิดเกิดขึ้น

The Seahorse Ferry ยินดีต้อนรับสัตว์เลี้ยงน้องหมาน้องแมวทุกตัว 🐾 เพื่อความสะดวกและความสบายของผู้โดยสารทุกท่าน ขอความร่วมมือให้สัตว์เลี้ยงอยู่ภายในห้องพักหรือในพื้นที่ที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด และอยู่ในความดูแลของเจ้าของตลอดเวลา พร้อมปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการเดินทางอย่างเคร่งครัด
Pet Travel Requirements with The Seahorse Ferry
• Pets must be healthy, in good condition, not sick, and not pregnant.
• Pets must be over 4 months old, limited to no more than 2 animals per booking, and weigh no more than 10 kg per animal. (If a small dog slightly exceeds the weight limit, you may send a photo for prior assessment.)
• Pets must have a valid rabies vaccination certificate.
• During check-in and when entering the accommodation, pets must remain inside a fully enclosed carrier or pet stroller with their owner at all times.
• Please prepare all necessary pet belongings, such as a leash, bedding, food bowl, food, and hygiene supplies, and ensure cleanliness is maintained.
• A security deposit of 3,500 THB (cash) is required at reception. It will be fully refunded upon check-out if no damages are found.
• Pets are strictly allowed only inside the designated cabin. If taken to the private balcony area, they must remain on a leash and inside a carrier or stroller at all times. Pets are not allowed in any public areas of the ferry. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 10,000 THB.
• Pet owners must be aware that travel takes place in the middle of the Gulf of Thailand and must strictly follow all ferry regulations. The company assumes no responsibility for any loss or unexpected incidents that may occur.
Note
The Seahorse Ferry warmly welcomes all dogs and cats 🐾. For the comfort and convenience of all passengers, pets must remain inside the cabin or designated areas and must always be under the owner’s supervision, following all travel regulations strictly.
